Nanofluid CO2 Capture
Clean Label is developing an advanced nanofluid system specifically designed for energy-efficient capture of carbon dioxide (CO2) during fossil fuel gasification. Improving upon traditional energy-intensive CO2 capture methods, our next-generation low-cost, sustainable and green nano-dendritic particles will be added to the water and amine 30wt% absorbent to significantly incarease the CO2 absorption (70%) at room temperature, completely omit energy penalty, reduce energy consumption (16-20%) required in the absorption and regeneration processes of the currently used amine base solvent, and lower projected energy costs, with a small temperature swing (ΔT = 35 °C).
