About Clean Label Solution

Clean Label Solution (CLS) is a small business founded in 2019. CLSs mission is to use disruptive technologies to provide low-cost, green, and sustainable products to our customers.

Our business is involved in the following three main areas:

1) Improved and enhanced animal feed for dairy cattle, poultry, and aquaculture that simultaneously reduces farmer’s costs and improves profitability.

2) Converting organic waste into Larvae through a low-cost and low/zero carbon emission process as a sustainable, green, and high-quality source of protein for animal and human feed.

3) Providing technical support in the area of waste valorization, waste treatment, and wastewater treatment.

Mo Arshadi, Founder & CEO

Dr. Mo Arshadi received his Ph.D. in organic chemistry and did his postdoctoral research from 2017 to 2020 in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University, USA. As a senior researcher at Cornell University, his written proposals brought more than $2.0 M worth of funds to Cornell University for industrial projects such as developing a new adsorbent with a high adsorption capacity to extract pure Heparin from the mucosa of porcine and also extracting and purifying an expensive drug (anti-HIV) from orange waste, which I successfully executed and delivered to the fortune 500 companies.
It is worth mentioning that the developed adsorbent and method for extraction of Heparin and limonin (an expensive drug) were tested, executed, and delivered on a large scale to the relevant companies to be immediately commercialized in their systems. He played an important role in helping with the technology transition and subsequent commercialization of the products.
He has over ten years of experience applying his knowledge and expertise in green chemistry to developing and enhancing the performance and quality of animal feed products based on Larvae-and plant-based protein through simple, low-cost, sustainable, and green technologies.
He has over 20 years of research experience in the development of multidisciplinary technologies involving sustainable aspects of chemistry that include synthesis, waste valorization, wastewater treatment, and development of environmentally benign synthetic methods using alternate solvents and resources like CO2 and bio-originated materials; efficient technologies for greener remediation of contaminants; and environmental sciences.
He has published over 55 papers on waste valorization and developing sustainable technologies.
